Spring has SPRUNG and buyer's are out in droves!

It's true! We're actually seeing multiple offers on many properties. Just put a listing of mine on 7th into escrow and it had TWO offers at the same time (after several months on the market)!

This appears to be due to the record low interest rates combined with low pricing on property. As well as the $8,000 buyer tax credit (that can NOW be used as your down payment!).

If this keeps up, we'll have a strong summer in real estate. As you know, our economy is strongly tied to real estate - when real estate is going strong, so is the economy, so get ready for GOOD TIMES ahead!!

Please email me at marlajoyce@aol.com if you'd like current market stats, or an email of ALL of the properties you're interested in North Idaho!

Ready to roll out the red carpet for you!

Not sure about choosing the right Realtor for you? Check testimonials at www.idahoidahoidaho.com, or ask Marla for her current clients contact info, and contact them for a referral/testimonial.

For security i recommend,
and these are ALL FREE and updated often.
ZONE ALARM for firewall.
Nortons popular but Basic Zone Alarm free edition does the job.(and the 15 day Pro trial takes care of any current issues)

And SPYBOT Search and Destroy will fix , prevent and find PC infections.
and CLAMWIN antivirus is useful too.

I recommend using Mozilla FIREFOX of internet Explorer as well....to reduce the chances of your browser being hijacked.
but they get smarter all the time..the video trick i can see working on some people...the proper flashplayer is installed by going direct to adobe.com. it will automatically update you or you have it already.

theNW100 website is up and running!! YEA!!! This is my first attempt at a post so is to be considered as a test message.
Cold Weather is still here....I am coming in each day to a list of No Heat situations (in the heating biz, that means customers have been calling because they awoke to a cold house and non-functioning furnace). At RDI we are able to quickly respond to this type of call but we also know that the bulk of No Heat calls can be limited to a very very few if only there was an annual maintenance program that these furnaces are on. Having your furnace or air conditioning system maintained and tuned up each year is no different than performing the various maintenances on our vehicles. If we don't change the oil from time to time......the vehicle will quit running. Having your furnace and/or air conditioning systems maintained once per year by a well educated, caring staff of technicians is key in its long term functionality and performance.
Also, the efficiency of a furnace or air conditioning unit goes down hill quickly without annual maintenance and upkeep. Some experts report a loss of five percent efficiency PER YEAR without a regular maintenance plan.
RDI has a Customer Maintenance Plan that can save the consumer money, and time.
Not to mention saving YOU from waking up to that thirty degree house and a furnace that doesn't work. (That'll throw a wrench in the day's plans).
